CreditSystem customer interface
As a web-based system, CreditSystem can be accessed whenever wherever, all you need is a browser and an internet connection. In the customer interface, clients can access previews and free samples of products, they can subscribe, request existing products or order new custom reports.

CreditSystem has been developed to include from the start functionalities that make it ready for worldwide multinational use:
Multi-Languages - the unicode platform on which Credit System is developed offers the possibility to view the pages and reports in any language, by simply adding it
Multi-Currency - complete technical approach, having the possibility to add any currency any time, keeping history for all exchange rates
Multi-Country - the system is designed to contain and search data from different countries. Using Data Syndication and Aggregation, if a certain field is updated in a country, the modification will propagate in the entire system, and the newly updated info will be available regardless the country where it is accessed Online Payment - the customers can use online payment methods to have quick access all the products available. Credit System offers multiple payment schemes, like prepaid accounts and monthly subscriptions
Accounting - each customer can access a portfolio that tracks all transactions he has made, keeping a history of every product he requested and its attributes.

Based on their subscription type, the clients can have access to various business or individuals reports, or can choose to order a customized report on a certain entity.
The complex CreditSystem repository also offers the oportunity to perform Advanced Searches on multiple fields allowing customers to find in the vast amount of data, in the quickest way possible, entities and view primary information before requesting any product.

Back-office
This is the part of the system where Creditinfo employees perform their work, manage customer portfolios, accounting and billing, maintain data and responde to customer requests and orders. Therefore they need advanced and aggregated searches as well, the possibility to compare, edit and add new information. All is organized in the best way possible using tabs and pop-ups, allowing the quickest and most efficient use of data.

Administration site
The back-office administrator has the possibility to manage system settings (e.g.: the email where the reports will be automatically sent, accepted file types for export, etc.).
The administration section also contains the powerfull Advanced User Management tool where adminstrators are able to manage the rights of access of all user Groups defined in the system. Users can be inserted or deleted from groups. The system supports the latest authentification technologies such as biometrical and digital signature authentification for users.

Managing the users is a very important component of the system as it allows you to organize the work on the BackOffice, or to create different subscription types tailored for each customer account needs.
CreditSystem was developed as dynamic as possible. The attributes of entities are changed continuously according to new legislation of countries and location of the entity, new ones are added constantly, therefore this dynamic structure was a must in order to allow theese changes into the system without the need to interfere directly over the database. CreditSystem uses Dictionaries for cetain data types to ensure the correctness of this data such as Geographical, Financial or Character attributes of entities.

IPowered by MS SQL Reporting Services, this is an important added value tool that offers a variety of internal customizable reports, permanently providing continuous real-time information regarding Return of Investment, efficiency of employees, productivity and overall status of the entire system, evolution of sales per product, region, customer type and Accounting reports. This is a consistent part in the ROI component of the system, helping Creditinfo managers make informed business decisions.

Based on the data, the system also builds reports regarding Companies and Individuals (such as Top capital, Top shareholders, etc.) all this making possible for CreditInfo analysts to draw very informed and valid conclusions in their reports.
