Landers is a web-based system that administrates and evaluates a comprehensive real-estate database: apartments, villas, industrial spaces, warehouses, farms, lands, parking and much more. Users can easily find a property as the system has a set of search filters: country, county, town, street, neighborhood, area, price, number of rooms and much more.

On location reports
A PDA device can be used to go on location to see the property. Accessing the system you can have instant online access to information such as:
» Ownership of the property through system connection to Land Registry
» Have a quick report directly on the PDA with all the properties on sale in the area, with prices and location on map.
» Automated price evaluation of the selected property to have a clear idea of the starting price and area trend for prices.
» Automated appraisal report for the property with:

Users have the possibility to use a GPS device while connecting to the system and find out all the properties that were found in the selected area as well as in the neighborhood region.

Geocoding
The system offers the possibility to search a certain address by translating it into latitude and longitude quasi-precise location of the property into the map. This tool is very helpful also for the automated prices evaluation as the search for similar properties can be started from the origin point through the radius area.

Address GIS Map
 The system generates a set of interactive maps. Therefore, users can easily manipulate data and make use of different layers of information to see where and how data relates. Based on the selected address they can point the location on a map, extracting longitude and latitude as the system uses the Geocoding tool.

Custom and Advanced Search Filters using multiple conditions on any property parameter
The system provides a set of predefined filters for searching a certain property.
The advanced property filters allow the user to enter other search criteria, such as price range, number of bedrooms or bathrooms.

Automated Property and Price Evaluation
The system automatically generates a detailed property valuation making a fair estimation regarding the current market value of a real-estate.
This online evaluation is based on several analytical methodologies and data elements: comparable sale prices, property characteristics, historical property price appreciation and much more.
The current market value of a property is calculated through an average of prices for comparable properties in a certain radius neighborhood.

Every time a new property is posted and matches users' fields of interest, the system automatically sends alerts messages to their email address, always keepings the users well-informed. These messages come with detailed information regarding the new properties or trends in the market.

Users have the possibility to place an order request regarding a property, including update requests, monitors, statuses etc.
The system also keeps a history with all the orders placed by the users, thus managing the flow information and resources users need for timely procurement within a secure, open and standards-based environment.

Security Module
This module offers the possibility of managing all the users of the system, their basic attributes, such as name and password to access rights on modules of the system. These attributes mean a set of access rights useful for easier and more efficient management of the administration section.
Geographical Dictionaries
This module is especially developed for the management of dictionaries regarding the data used in the real-estate market as well as for multi-language support.
Labels Module
This module makes the system very configurable as it offers the possibility to edit and customize all the labels used. The system also allows the operators to add new labels or delete the existing ones.
