Information Technology constitutes one of the most dynamic sectors of the Romanian economy. The Romanian IT Industry plays a very important role in the development of the telecommunication infrastructure of Romania and in the building process of the IT infrastructure required in the re-building process of the Romanian economy.
ANIS acts as a joint marketing and coordination body for Romanian Software Producers.

ANIS members are complying with the EISA Code of Conduct on Privacy.
Full Members are companies registered in Romania. ANIS has also foreign companies as partners.
FASMA works with its customers to provide reliable complex Internet solutions including; the development of websites for financial markets, e-commerce products and Internet solutions for media companies across Romania, Greece and Cyprus.

The members, software companies, are able to offer complete solutions in IT area: software development and implementation, design and installation of computer networks, project management consulting, management informations systems, and Internet services. Many of the members are also involved in "offshore" development projects, for American companies.
