FASMA Romania S.A. organized Thursday, the 29th of March 2005 the
"eCheck - Risk Evaluation and Debt Collection Solutions"
workshop. The event took place at the Marriott Hotel, Galati room, in two sessions: between 09:00 - 13:00 and between 14:00 - 18:00.
The seminar was held by Adrian Bacaianu, Fasma's IT Manager, and by members of the development team. The presentation provided technical and functional details that recommend eCheck as a very reliable and user friendly product, that has extraordinary success on the Romanian retail market.
eCheck is a system of credit requests management and evaluation that is accessible on the web, which integrates the whole informational circuit afferent to the crediting system.
Benefits of using the eCheck system:

eCheck improves documents management regarding the credit requests:
- » Allows the operators to revise, print and transmit by email the credit request and the attached documents.
- » Offers visualization of a complete history of the system users' activity through logs
- » Introducing the electronic application form, eCheck offers a paperless environment
- » Increase the accuracy of the credit granting decision by electronic visualization of input data, calculated parameters (scoring, rating, etc.) and the atached additional documents.
- » The subjective part of analyzing data is eluded
- » Generation of lists with daily activity reports
- » Minimize the time needed for processing, analyzing, and response for credit requests
- » An extremely operative and efficient system of Client Service
As a conclusion, eCheck offers an efficient and secure interaction between clients, merchants and financial institutions, enabling a fast credit management process.
