| FASMA SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH BRD FINANCE FOR THE DEBT MANAGER SYSTEM |

FASMA added a new important client to its Portfolio of customers - BRD Finance, who recently decided to use one of our most important products - Debt Manager, a system especially developed for the debt collection process.
The bank's representatives decided that it was about time to update their negative database in order to work accordingly to the Basel II consent, so they considered that our DebtManager is able to suit their requirements.
The functionalities that most drew their attention were:
» Portfolio Management that enables a detailed overview regarding all the cases within the system, their automated distribution between operators and also the full history for the operators' activity during a certain period of time;
» Score Calculator and Reimbursement Plan that offer useful information about the eligibility of a client as well as their overdue installments and payments;

» Documents Management that enables users to upload files, such as contracts, letters, scanned files with the possibility to update, change and even delete them from the system

» Dynamic architecture that makes the system so efficient by allowing users to create their own interface with new fields, products, reports etc
