The latest client in FASMA's Portfolio of customers is Societe Generale, who recently decided to use one of our products - Debt Manager, a system especially developed for the debt collection process.
Societe Generale Group has over 22.5 million customers all over the world. At the end of 2006 its retail banking activity covered 42 countries worldwide being the 4th largest bank in the euro zone and the 3rd largest bank in the euro zone by assets under custody.
The bank's representatives considered that our DebtManager is able to suit their requirements so on 1st of October Societe Generale signed the contract with Fasma. Our product will be implemented in 21 countries where Societe Generale has subsidiaries.
The functionalities that most drew their attention were:

enables a detailed overview regarding all the cases within
the system, their automated distribution between operators
and also the full history for the operators' activity during
a certain period of time;
- » Score Calculator and Reimbursement
Plan that offer useful information about the eligibility
of a client as well as their overdue installments and payments;
- » Full History with detailed
information regarding all the debtors and debts within the
system
- » Documents Management that
enables users to upload files, such as contracts, letters,
and scanned files with the possibility to update, change
and even delete them from the system
- » Comprehensive Reports with
detailed information regarding in the internal activity.
