| THE UKRAINIAN SUBSIDARY OF SOCIETE GENERALE GROUP USES A NEW VERSION OF COLLECTOR |

For Fasma, the month of October 2007 marked the starting of a new collaboration with Societe Generale, who decided that the best product that meets their requirements is our product developed for debt collection process- Debt Manager. As of this month our team started implementing the system in Ukraine.
The following functionalities represented the interest points for them:
- » Online payment - follows and manages the payment of the monthly installments,
giving detailed information of every client's contract.
At the same time, allows the calculation of the advanced
payment and commission within the system, automatically
displaying the overdue payments and the calculation of afferent arrears;
- » File upload - the system allows
saving scanned documents and at the same time visualize an
archive with all the "uploads" made during a certain period of time.
The module also integrates management functionality for the scanned files structure;
- » Multi-language - developed on a modular basis,
the system's interface can be customized according to the client's requirements,
the information being generated in the selected language or languages;
- » Web-based application - will automate the process
of debt collection and customer relationship management. It enables companies,
financial institutions, and clients to interact more effectively keeping
a record of every action taken, contact and agreements between parties;
