Candidate Experience
A thorough background in web page development (2 years). Good working knowledge off HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Visual Basic Script and active server programming. The ability to work fast, independently, and with a critical eye. An outgoing, proactive, relaxed attitude with fellow team players. By the way, you'll really impress us if you also have experience in usability and GUI design. |

Web programmer
Understanding business purpose of functionality being developed. Data designing to generate a logical framework and data-flow. Sense of scalability. Appropriate HTML coding, including all table structures, framesets, basic javascript integration, comments, SSI, etc. Keeping current of scope and methods of new Web technologies. Knowing,researching, inquiring about current and developing applications. Includes reading current books, magazines, attending conferences, visiting Web development sites.
Senior programmer
Good working knowledge of .net, C#, .aspx, VB technologies.
Database administrator
Good working knowledge of SQL, Access, Transact SQL, PL SQL.
